| | Enter by trimester - Only current trimester is live, so grade cannot be entered in wrong trimester
- Principal can turn on and off trimester blocking – for corrections, additions, etc.
- Asterisk indicates trimester in which standards are required to be taught

Grade by student or grade by standard - Grade by student – choose student – student profile comes up– all standards are displayed – three trimester choices displayed but only one is live – choose grade from menu next to each standard – comment section available
- Grade by standard – choose standard – brings up list of students – grade all students on that standard – comment section available
