| | At the Report Card System Login screen, a teacher enters a unique User Name and Password to access the Teacher Grading Home Page. | |

| | Teacher’s name, school, grade, e-mail and list of students are already entered automatically, from SASI, Aeries or other student information database. Should there be a problem or error, the teacher can click to report it for correction by the System Administrator. The teacher sees three tabs: 2 for grading – by student or by standard – and one for printing options. | |

| | The option to Grade by Student lets the teacher · fill in or update the grade for the current trimester · print a report card PDF for a particular student · view past report cards for that student · batch print the report cards for the entire class | |

| | The option to Grade by Standard allows the teacher to fill in or update grades for selected or all students by report card standard. The teacher chooses the standard to grade, then clicks the corresponding Fill/Update button to display a list of your students. Grades for selected or all students can be filled in and saved. | |

| | When the Batch Print Options tab is selected, a list of students is displayed with a check box next to each name. The teacher puts a check in the box for each student whose report card is to be printed. Or clicking the Batch Print button will print report cards for all class members. | |

| | When grading and/or printing is complete, the teacher logs out. | |
